Mark and Jenny met in Paris in 2001 over a shared love of good food, wine and dining out, all in one of the world’s greatest gastronomic destinations. As they started to formulate Fleurie in their minds over the years, it started to meld with their vision of a ‘Perfect Time Away’ – good hospitality shared in friendly warm surroundings. Mark and Jenny firmly believe dining is a time to be enjoyed and a time to relax.
