Terms and Conditions
In this document, Fleurie Restaurant Limited is referred to as “Maison Fleurie” and the term “client” refers to the lead client in a party responsible for booking and all other individual members of the party who will use the Maison Fleurie service.
Payment and Confirmation
To complete a booking with Maison Fleurie, you must contact us using our email@example.com e-mail address. Maison Fleurie will confirm your reservation and request a deposit payment. Any error or query should be directed in writing at Maison Fleurie within 10 days from the date of the invoice/confirmation and in any case prior to arrival at the accommodation. At all times Maison Fleurie reserves the right to refuse a booking without any obligation whatsoever.
a) For bookings made more than 30 days prior to arrival, you are required to settle a deposit due of 50% of the total charge of the booking via BACS payment or electronic bank transfer. The outstanding balance must be received in full at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival at the accommodation.
b) For bookings made within 30 days prior to the date of arrival at the accommodation the total charges due for the booking should be settled via BACS payment or electronic bank transfer at the time of booking.
c) Late or insufficient settlement of the amount due means the client is in neglect of his obligations and in such event Maison Fleurie is entitled to cancel the agreement with immediate effect by sending the client written or electronic notification. The client is liable for all damages occurred to or suffered by Maison Fleurie in the future as a result of such a cancellation. In any event but not limited hereto the client is liable for the cancellation charges as detailed hereunder. The cancellation fee together with any outstanding fees for other damages suffered by Maison Fleurie will be deducted from the amount already settled by the client.
If no or insufficient payment has been made, the total amount due will be charged to the client, who will be held liable for settlement in full. Any of the charges due should be settled within 14 days from the date of invoice.
d) Prices of rooms are based on two people sharing. For single occupancy please contact Maison Fleurie directly.
Please note: no contract shall exist between Maison Fleurie and the Client until the deposit payment has been received and cleared, at which time and by doing so the client declares to have read, understood and accepted these terms.
If you have any special requests, for instance dietary requirements or request for a cot or baby chair, etc you are obliged to notify Maison Fleurie prior to the date of your arrival at the accommodation. Although every effort will be made to comply with any such request Maison Fleurie is not obliged to grant any such request. Whether or not and if so, to which extend any such requests is granted, is at the sole discretion of Maison Fleurie.
Arrival and Departure
All holidays start at 15:00 on the day of arrival and end at 12:00 on the day of departure. If you arrive earlier or wish to leave later, then Maison Fleurie will attempt to accommodate your arrangements but make no guarantee that this will be possible.
All holidays exclude travel unless in the case of transfers from airports or train stations specifically arranged at the time of booking, for which a supplementary charge applies. Transfers are not considered booked until Maison Fleurie has received a copy of the confirmation e-mail the airline or travel company has sent you. In the unlikely event of your flight being delayed, we guarantee to cover one hour waiting time at the airport for you. Should your flight or train be delayed more than one hour a waiting charge of £30 per hour will be made (per vehicle) in order to cover the waiting driver’s wage.
Half Board Service
Half Board Service includes breakfast, to be held at a mutually agreeable time; afternoon platter of charcuterie and cheese; and a three-course dinner (inclusive of wine).
Alterations or cancellations by the Client
If it becomes necessary to alter your holiday arrangements, the Client must inform Maison Fleurie as soon as possible. Maison Fleurie will advise the Client of any changes in cost that might occur as a result. Maison Fleurie makes no guarantee that a refund can be given. However, Maison Fleurie will make reasonable endeavours to resell the Holiday in which case the Client will be entitled to a refund of payment made less any discounts given or administrative costs incurred.
Alterations by Maison Fleurie
In the event that a material alteration to a holiday for which a booking has been made becomes necessary, Maison Fleurie will inform the Client promptly. The Client will be offered the choice of accepting the alternative arrangements or a full refund of monies paid to Maison Fleurie.
Cancellation of a holiday by Maison Fleurie
Maison Fleurie will only cancel a holiday in the event of non-payment by a Client, or circumstances beyond our control, such as Force Majeure, war, terrorism, natural or technical disasters, robbery, illness, government intervention, abnormal weather conditions (including avalanche). In these circumstances, Maison Fleurie accepts no responsibility for compensation to clients. Maison Fleurie shall have no responsibility or liability to the Client for loss of opportunity to take a holiday.
It is a condition of booking that all clients have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to cover all activities and eventualities associated with your stay with Maison Fleurie, including public liability, property damage and cancellation of your holiday.
Maison Fleurie accepts no responsibility other than it is obliged to do by law for negligence of its agents or employees causing physical injury to Clients. Maison Fleurie accepts no responsibility or liability for any act or mishap causing injury or loss as a result of Force Majeure events, war, terrorism, natural or technical disasters, robbery, illness, government intervention, abnormal weather conditions (including avalanche) or other such happenings. We require you to take out adequate comprehensive insurance to cover all activities and eventualities associated with your stay with Maison Fleurie, including public liability, property damage and cancellation of your holiday.
Liability of the Client and Maison Fleurie
Maison Fleurie will accept no responsibility for the actions of its Clients and shall not be liable for any claims made against them, as a result of their actions, by other clients or third parties. Clients undertake to behave in such a manner not to be detrimental to the enjoyment of other Clients, the general public or the staff or reputation of Maison Fleurie. Maison Fleurie reserves the right to claim back from the Client any costs or charges incurred due to damage to a chalet whether accidentally caused or not. Damage includes cigarette burns, misuse of electrical equipment, or wine spillage. In circumstances of extreme behaviour, Maison Fleurie reserves the right to cancel a holiday forthwith and eject the Client from the chalet without compensation.
Maison Fleurie does not accept any liability for any theft or loss or damages whatsoever during your stay at the accommodation or as a consequence thereof; nor for breakdown or disconnection of technical equipment or the lack or closure of services.
These terms apply to all bookings for Maison Fleurie whether the booking was made directly or indirectly. All our publications are subject to changes. Any mistakes, intentionally or unintentionally, in any publication are not legally binding for Maison Fleurie. With this publication all previously published terms are voided.
If you are active on our website, for instance you book accommodation, then we will use your details to proceed with your request. Hence the information you have provided to us will be stored in our data base. If this information also entails details of other persons in your party, it is regarded you have obtained their prior consent. The data base is used for marketing, data validation and business relation purposes of Maison Fleurie and its carefully selected partners. At any time you have the right to request a copy of your personal details in the data base, or request the update of your personal details in the data base, or request the removal of your personal details from the data base. In order to be able to send you information, travel documents and for the performance of market research, marketing strategy and product development Maison Fleurie may sub contract professional strategic partners to whom it might provide your personal details in order to execute these tasks.
If you have not actively visited our website, you are an anonymous visitor. In such an event Maison Fleurie is not interested in your personal identity. Nevertheless Maison Fleurie is still interested to obtain information on the type of browser that is used to visit our site so that facilities and functionality are adjusted to the needs of our visitors.
Maison Fleurie has taken every possible precaution in the design of its website, but cannot guarantee that its contents are constantly correct and/or complete. Maison Fleurie does not accept any liability for any damages whatsoever and howsoever caused by irregularities and/or incomplete information on its website.
Complaints and Difficulties
In spite of Maison Fleurie’s best efforts, occasionally problems do arise. If you are unhappy about any aspect of your holiday or the Maison Fleurie service, you must address your concern immediately to the Maison Fleurie team, and also if applicable to the other supplier whose services are involved. Maison Fleurie will make all reasonable efforts to resolve any problems. If you wish to make a written complaint full details must be sent within 14 days of leaving the chalet. Failure to do so will prevent Maison Fleurie from resolving the problem at the time or conducting a proper investigation. In consequence, any right to compensation you may have will be reduced or eliminated.
These conditions and any contract to which they apply are governed in all respects by English Law.
Maison Fleurie is operated by Fleurie Restaurant Ltd.
At Maison Fleurie we are committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of our visitors.
We do update this Policy from time to time so please do review this Policy regularly.
Information We Collect
In running and maintaining our website we may collect and process the following data about you:

In operating our website it may become necessary to transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of the European Union for processing and storing. By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We do our upmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is treated stored securely.
Unfortunately the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically. Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.
